Cape has a very fluffy lace collar. The lace is very thin and tattered in some places. Fortunately there are 3-4 layers so it's very hard to see the tears at any distance.
The cape opens to the wearers right side and has a satin bow on each side.
There is a hole on the front first layer of material about the size of a dime. There is no brand label on it so I believe it may be handmade.
